Death row prisoners in California are getting a new home and its got a view! Violent, predatory individuals whom our courts have deemed beyond reformation will be moving to a new facility that will cost taxpayers over $500,000 per prisoner. Are you outraged? Do you think this is proper treatment of these convicted felons?
Did you know that Richard Ramirez — the night stalker — has been on Death Row since 1984? At what cost to citizens as he lives in luxury awaiting appeal after appeal? More inmates die of natural causes than lethal injection.
