Death Row Inmates Live In Luxury in California

Death row prisoners in California are getting a new home and its got a view! Violent, predatory individuals whom our courts have deemed beyond reformation will be moving to a new facility that will cost taxpayers over $500,000 per prisoner. Are you outraged?
